Our history has been along with the development of the city of Nagoya, such as the opening of the Higashiyama Subway Line between Sakae and Nagoya Station and the completion of the TV Tower. We are here today thanks to the love of our many customers. We really appreciate your continued support.
We use eels from Kyushu*, which have a stable flavor throughout the year. The eels are carefully grilled over charcoal to a crispy, aromatic flavor, according to the characteristics of each individual eel. The sauce is a blend of local tamari soy sauce. It is moderately sweet and enhances the rich flavor of the eel. *The origin may change depending on distribution conditions.
