Enjoy the full flavor of eel from Kyushu, Japan.

We use eels from Kyushu*, which have a stable flavor throughout the year. The eels are carefully grilled over charcoal to a crispy, aromatic flavor, according to the characteristics of each individual eel. The sauce is a blend of local tamari soy sauce. It is moderately sweet and enhances the rich flavor of the eel. *The origin may change depending on distribution conditions.
