Hitsu-mabushi

“Hitsu-mabushi" is a dish of finely chopped Kabayaki (grilled eel) on a bed of rice in an "Ohitsu" (a wooden container).
It originated in Nagoya in the Taisho era (1912-1926), and we "Ibashou" are said to be one of the originators.
You can enjoy Hitsu-mabushi in 3 different way.
